Minced meat pie, step by step
-Time 1 hour and 15 minutes
-1kg of chopped lean beef
-tray of mushrooms (200g)
-1 tray of chopped mushrooms (200g)
-2 whole eggs
-3 egg whites
-2 cloves of garlic
-Spices: rosemary, thyme, chili (or some other spice)

We preheat the oven to 230ºC.

We cook the mushrooms, chopped garlic, and the mushrooms with the onion in the pan, round and round.
