The advantage of being able to make these snacks of nuts with chocolate is that you have total freedom to choose the ingredients that you like the most. -Time 50 minutes
-250 grams of natural nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts)
-4 camper eggs
-12 prunes cut and boneless
-Gradation of 1 orange
-3 ounces of dark chocolate 85% cocoa
-A teaspoon of cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon of ginger
-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
WE CHOP THE NUTS
With the help of a food processor or blender, we prick the nuts together with the prunes, the grated rind, and the spices.
WE ADD THE EGGS
We beat the 4 eggs and add them to the previous mixture. Stir well until there is a homogeneous mass.
PUT THE MIXTURE IN A MOLD
In a mold not very narrow, pour the mixture and put it in the oven at 175ºC (previously heated). Let it cook for about 30-35 minutes.
To make sure it is cooked perfectly, try the stick test.
TAKE IT OUT OF THE OVEN
Let it cool and cut it into small squares. Melt the chocolate (you can do it in a water bath, with a little milk or water). Cover each piece with a little chocolate, and go!
